For weddings, we recommend booking 12–18 months in advance for peak season dates (May–October). Corporate events and parties can often be booked 3–6 months out.
Our day-of coordination packages start at $1,200. Full planning packages start at $6,500. We're happy to discuss what's realistic for your budget during your consultation.
Yes — we plan destination events and have worked across the country. Travel fees apply for events more than 50 miles from our office.
Absolutely. Our partial planning and à la carte services are designed exactly for clients who want help with specific aspects — vendor sourcing, design, timeline, etc.
We deliberately limit our client load so every event gets the attention it deserves. We typically work with no more than 2 weddings per weekend.
