Common Questions

How far in advance should I book?

For portraits, 2–4 weeks is usually enough. For weddings and large events, I recommend booking 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak season (May–October). Popular dates fill up fast.

What if it rains on my outdoor session day?

We'll reschedule at no extra charge. I monitor the forecast and will reach out 48 hours before if the weather looks questionable so we can make a plan together.

How many photos will I receive?

It depends on the package. Mini sessions include 15 images, standard sessions include 35+, extended sessions include 60+. Weddings are 400–700+ depending on package. All images are fully edited.

How long until I get my photos?

Portraits are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks. Weddings and large events take 4–6 weeks. Rush delivery (within 5 business days) is available for an additional $150.

Do you travel for sessions?

Yes! Travel within 60 miles of [Your City] is included at no extra charge. Beyond that, I charge $0.65/mile. For destination weddings or out-of-state events, travel costs (flights, hotel) are added at cost.

Can I print my photos anywhere?

Absolutely. All packages include full print rights, meaning you can print at any lab or store you choose. I do recommend professional print labs for the best quality — I'm happy to suggest a few.
